Below are a set of links to a complete map of the Oregon Trail. The map had to be broken into 6 pieces due to its size.
On the map are the names of every landmark and the mileages of every route. Mileages in black represent land routes that require 1 stamina per mile and award 1/2 the mileage in experience when you get to the landmark. Mileages in blue represent river rafting routes that require no stamina but award no experience.

At this point you can take either the upper or lower route to Ft. Laramie (same mileage). Just make sure if you take the upper route you don't go to Courthouse Rock.

South Pass - The Parting of Ways - Soda Springs - Ft. Hall
Raft down the river to Shoshone Falls
Shoshone Falls - Salmon Falls - Three Island Crossing - Ft. Boise (By the South Shore) - Blue Mountains - Whitman Mission - The Dalles

Total Mileage: 1442 Land, 340 River, Requires 1442 Stamina, Awards 721 XP to mileage
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Longest Route (Most XP)
This route is the longest route by land. It requires the most stamina to complete, but awards the most experience.
Note that this route does not include the three loops (Courthouse Rock, Devil's Gate, and Flagstaff Hill), though you can add the loops for260 land miles (130 xp) for each time you complete all three loops.
If there is a choice at a landmark to take a land route or a river rafting route this route always assumes the land route. There are no river rafting branches on this route.
Between Ft. Kearny and Ft. Laramie the upper route is selected to allow travel on the Courthouse Rock loop if desired.
Independence MO - Shawnee Mission - Kansas River Crossing - Granada Station - Alcove Spring - Ft. Kearny - Platte River Crossing - Chimney Rock (Courthouse Rock Loop Here) - Scotts Bluff - Ft. Laramie - Independence Rock (Devil's Gate Loop Here) - Burnt Ranch - South Pass - The Parting of Ways - Ft. Bridger - Ft. Buenaventura - Soda Springs - Ft. Hall - Shoshone Falls - Salmon Falls - Three Island Crossing - Ft. Boise (By North Shore) - Blue Mountains (Flagstaff Hill Loop Here) - Whitman Mission - The Dalles - Oregon City
