So here's a random thought for you: does it make you uncomfortable that that the hunting mini-game rewards you for being a poor steward of our natural resources? Like, why should you get more points for killing more animals/meat than you could possibly ever carry back to your wagon? ;D

Only slightly, but realizing it is a game I kill as much as possible to max the meaningless score.

yup it does...that's why I try to never go above the 200 limit. I think there was one time I got a buffalo and a wolf, and then a bear showed up so fast that I had to shoot it. felt so bad...lol i mean yeah I know it's a game but I love all animals and hate hunting just for sport. Not to mention we just had our pet rabbit die on us this weekend, so I'm steering clear of the rabbits in this game for a looong time.

Actually, yes it does. Quite a bit too, since the original games would tell you that if you continued to hunt in the area resources would become limited. But then like "boomdawg" I realize it's just a game and shoot every buffalo/bison in the whole stampede.

It's totally just a game, BUT, it is based off of something that was supposed to be educational (and fun). I mean, I have no issues with hunting or killing animals, but I have big issues with wasting things. It would be neat if they could revamp the hunting to award points based on accuracy and how long it takes you to get your 200lbs of food. Of course, since it is a game, I do my best to get the most points
